Founder & Sitter
Erica A.
Erica is originally from Nashville, Tennessee. She made her way to Orlando in June 2021 to work in the theme park industry; however, Erica is most passionate about working with children.
She began babysitting in 2015 after attending a course to obtain a CPR certification. Erica worked for families with children ages newborn through age 17. Erica also gained experience in caring for multiple children.
Through volunteer work at a stable that led to her first official job, she realized the joy found in fostering growth among kids. The following summers, Erica spent time working at four different summer camps in three different states. Her vibrant personality kept kids of all ages entertained for weeks on end. Erica got to know all about the different needs of children and developed many life skills. She was responsible for up to 12 girls at a time, overseeing daily routines and activities for each. Her fondest memories are watching children overcome obstacles and trying new things! She has also worked with a wide variety of children with varying abilities and has the most experience with children with ASD, ADHD, ADD, and other behavioral disorders.
Fast-forward to the present day, Erica has been providing childcare for families visiting Orlando for over three years! She has had the opportunity to meet many families from all over the world! She loves connecting and making a positive impact on each individual family whether that is for a whole week or just for an evening.
Erica wanted to be a teacher when she was younger, so she has always imagined a career with children. Her favorite color is yellow because she loves the light, brightness, and happiness it brings to the world. She listens to almost all kinds of music, and loves to sing and play music which was a large part of her childhood growing up in Music City with a family in the industry. She enjoys reading, thrifting, and almost anything outdoors.
A fun fact about Erica is she enjoys camping and is on a mission to visit as many state parks as possible!

Charlsi M.
Charlsi has ample experience in caring for children. She discovered her love of nannying during the height of the pandemic which has led her to 5 years of full time nannying with local families.
Being the oldest grandchild in a large family, Charlsi adopted a nurturing personality from a young age. Because she has over 15 immediate younger cousins, she is no stranger to a little bit of crazy, but the kids love her. They have all missed her since she moved from Alabama to Orlando, but she makes sure to call them and send them some care packages!
She also has experience caring for a variety of children with various forms of autism. Her younger sister, who also happens to be her best friend, is on the autism spectrum. Charlsi has always been able to understand her when others often cannot. She has also cared for children with CP, assisting in various stretches and engaging with the children.
Charlsi has loved theater for the majority of her life and has facilitated theater camps. She is also very familiar with entertaining children in many capacities as she moved to the Orlando area for a job hosting children's activities.
Charlsi's favorite color is yellow because it is bright and happy. She enjoys reading books at the beach, going new places, and all forms of art.
A fun fact about Charlsi is she loves to travel, and visiting museums is on the top of her excursion list!

Alexis U.
Alexis is certainly the spunkiest member of our team. Her quirky personality is sure to make anyone giggle a little, and definitely makes for a great story from any team outing. When she was younger, Alexis wanted to become a Rockstar, but changed her path as she got older. Alexis graduated in 2021 from Auburn University with a degree in Neuroscience. She is also able to speak Mandarin Chinese and Spanish conversationally. While she definitely has spent much of her time learning, Alexis enjoys adventuring, playing piano and ukulele, going to theme parks, thrifting, and traveling!
Alexis first began caring for children in 2012. She has worked with children in many capacities including summer camps and traditional babysitting. She has experience caring for children ages 6 months-14 years, and also has some experience caring for children with special needs!
Alexis is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, but she most recently moved to the Orlando area from Fairhope, Alabama to work in the theme park industry.
A fun fact about Alexis is that she is scuba certified!

Julissa G.
Julissa is originally from Bronx, New York, but has lived in the Orlando area for the last few years working in the theme park industry. She is a graduate of Elmira College where she obtained double Bachelor's in Theatre and Psychology.
She is warm-hearted, adventurous, and adaptable. She likes all colors, but if she had to pick favorites she would choose pastel pink, blue, and purple. She enjoys cleaning, reading, organizing, singing, baking, and listening to music. She likes all kinds of music but mainly listens to today's hits. When she was younger, Julissa wanted to be a singer, but later in life found a passion for camp counseling.
She has been interested in childcare since 2005 when she became a big sister and has been a childcare provider since 2014. She has experience with children of many ages and abilities. Julissa is fluent in both English and Spanish. She also studied French, Japanese, and ASL throughout high school and college.

Sitter
Meghan L.
Meghan is caring, joyful, and peaceful. Her favorite colors are pink, blue, and green. She likes how much blue and green appear in nature, but says that pink is pretty! Meghan enjoys listening to Harry Styles. She likes his music and what he represents for his audience. Meghan also enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, arts and crafts, swimming, and most of all dancing. Meghan has wanted to be a dancer since she was a child.
She is originally from Huntsville, Alabama and attended Troy University where she majored in Dance! Her favorite job to date was performing with Alabama Dance Works and teaching ballet at various studios.
Meghan began watching her mother nanny for children at a young age and began providing childcare on her own in 2013. She has care for children ages infant-12 years. Her experience comes from residential childcare and teaching dance.
A fun fact about Meghan is that she has been dancing her whole life and has fulfilled her childhood dreams of being a professional dancer!

Liz B.
Liz comes to Orlando from Tucson, Arizona where she grew up as the oldest child in a family of 9. Having so many siblings, Liz has ample experience in caring for children. She began assisting in caring for her families children at the age of 5 and has loved it ever since! When she was a child, Liz aspired to be a surgeon. Most recently, Liz has worked at her favorite job as a nurse assistant in a pediatric unit. This job ignited her passion and has led her to her current enrollment in nursing school. Liz’s caring, empathic, and selfless nature allows her to be an excellent provider.
When she is not studying or working, you can find Liz cleaning or organizing, drawing, singing, making music, or reading. Her favorite color is turquoise because it combines both blue and green. Liz enjoys indie pop and acoustic music with her favorite artists being Matt Maeson and AJR.
Liz has experience with children ages 0-12 years in a variety of settings including nannying, babysitting, and patient care. She knows basic American Sign Language. Liz has siblings with autism and has been a nanny to a nonverbal child.
A fun fact about Liz is she is a huge “Disney adult” She truly loves all things Disney, so don’t hesitate to ask her about it!

Elizabeth M.
Elizabeth graduated in May 2022 with a degree in Social Work and minor in English. She is originally from Kokomo, Indiana, and moved to the Orlando area to work in the theme park industry which has been her favorite job to date!
Elizabeth began caring for children in 2015 and has cared for children in various settings including daycare, babysitting, and summer camp. She has experience with ages infant to age 10. Her kind, reliable, and organized personality makes her a true stand out childcare professional.
In her free time, Elizabeth spends time with family and friends, travels, reads, and grows plants. She likes the color blue because it reminds her of the oceans but also purple just because it is pretty! Her childhood aspiration was to become an actress, and she enjoys listening to John Mayer and Michael Buble.
A fun fact about Elizabeth is she is a certified scuba diver.
